1856 (Oct 30) Printed Envelope with "From Grahams Town" scroll at upper left
, handstamped "8d" and franked pair 4d triangulars with mostly clear margins, lightly cancelled with triangular obliterators, various backstamps including Grahamstown oval date stamp, envelope folded horizontally through adhesives and re-enforced from inside. Very attractive and scarce envelope.

bearing 1d Hope seated tied BONC '772' with 'TSHISA JU 30 91' s/c cds adjacent, various backstamps. The Tshia PO opened on 1 June 1891 and was renamed Kenegha Drift during the course of 1897. Roughly opened but a very rare proving BONC cover from a small and short lived office
